Second Build - POLE

So There is many ways I can build the school.  And, I will give you options to choose from.  All of these options will have a different outcome to the ascetic and the usage for the school.
The options are the following:

1 - EASIEST) Build the parts of the school I know pretty well, leaving the parts I don't know in rubble.  With a raider camp located on the rubble.
2 - MEDIUM) Build half of the school, and demolish only half of it.  Also a minutemen camp would be placed over it.
3 - HARDEST) Build the school completely intact, with just couple bits and pieces destroyed.
